1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the 4XITE platform. By creating an account or using 4XITE, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What 4XITE is — and is not
4XITE is a financial-intelligence platform. It connects to your bank accounts and turns your financial data into clear, plain-language understanding.
4XITE provides intelligence, not advice. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a bank or a licensed financial advisor. It will never tell you what to do with your money or recommend a product. All decisions are yours.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Bank connections
When you connect a bank, you authorise read-only access through Mono. 4XITE cannot move money or make transactions on your behalf. You can disconnect a linked account at any time.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid tiers are billed in advance through our payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current period. Prices are shown on our Pricing page.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. While we work hard for accuracy, insights and figures are for informational purposes and may be incomplete or delayed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4XITE is not liable for decisions you make based on the information the service provides.
8. Termination
You may stop using 4XITE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
9. Governing law and contact
